Erin Darguzas, APN is a nurse practitioner at Northwestern Medicine in Chicago, IL and has been involved in the care of IBD patients since 2013.  She is a professional member of American Gastroenterological Association and Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation.

Erin earned a Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Illinois – Chicago specializing as an Adult-Geriatric Acute Care Nurse practitioner.  She also earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing at Saint Xavier University in Chicago.

Erin resides in the Chicago area with her husband and three sons.  She enjoys hiking, wakeboarding, and bike riding with her boys.
